Dispatch of Goods

Goods ordered will normally be dispatched as soon as your order has been received and processed. In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock, you will be contacted by email, telephone, letter or fax advising you of the likely delay.

Delivery Charges & Times

United Kingdom (excluding C.I.): Detectors are sent by insured next working day delivery within the UK (not Channel Islands). There is a standard delivery charge of £7.50 for all detectors. The postage cost for books and accessories ranges from £1 to £7.50. The maximum postage cost for your complete order is £7.50.

Channel Islands: There is a standard charge for all detectors of £20 for insured express delivery to Southern Ireland. Accessories/books etc are charged £15 delivery. Delivery usually takes 5-7 days from date of order.

South Ireland: There is a standard charge for all detectors of £25 for insured express delivery to Southern Ireland. Accessories/books etc are charged £15 delivery. Delivery usually takes 5-7 days from date of order.

European Union: There is a standard charge for all detectors of £35 for insured express delivery within the EU (apart from the UK of course). Accessories/books etc are charged £15 delivery. Delivery usually takes 5-7 days from date of order.

Rest of World: There is a standard charge of £60. All detectors are sent by insured delivery. Delivery usually takes 7-14 days from date of order.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices quoted within the main product pages of Detectors Direct are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. VAT must be paid by all UK and European Union customers. VAT will be deducted for non-EU customers. VAT-Registered companies within the EU requiring exemption should contact us by telephone or fax supplying VAT Registration Number and proof of registration.

Returned Goods

Customers have the right to return goods within 7 working days from receipt of such goods. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Currency

All prices quoted within the main product pages of Detectors Direct are UK pounds sterling (£). A currency conversion link is provided for guidance only. The exchange rate at the time your order is processed will apply.
