Can I Exchange My Item?

Yes you can exchange your item(s) within the 7 day period. Please contact customer services at customerservices@joanallen.co.uk

How Do I Return Items and what is Your Refund Policy?

Upon receipt please check your delivered goods carefully. You need to notify Joan Allen Electronics of any queries within seven days from the day after your delivery by contacting our customer service team at customerservices@joanallen.co.uk


Then simply ensure the item is safely packaged and return to Joan Allen Electronics Ltd, 190 Main Road, Biggin Hill, Kent, TN16 3BB.


Please note that when returning items, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are packed so as to avoid damage, as goods must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Postage will not be refunded for change of mind or goods returned without prior notification.

Order before 3pm for same day dispatch.

  • Saturday Delivery - 20
  • Next working day delivery with a 1 Hour delivery slot if you add your mobile number or email address when you order (within the UK) - 7.50
  • Accessory orders may vary depending on weight (will not total more than 7.50 within the UK)
  • Channel Islands - 20
  • Detector orders to the rest of Europe is - 40
  • Republic of Ireland - 25
  • Rest of the world - 65
  • Accessory orders outside of the UK may vary depending on weight and destination
