Excalibur charger wrong one ordered	December 23, 2011

The charger was delivered very speedily and wad as described. However I ordered the wrong one. I e-mailed your customer dept but my system informs me it did not get through. Wr rang you and were told to return the charger for exchange for an e-trac charger. So you would not have to pay for the postage of the fresh charger, I ordered it on the internet. The 2nd charger arrived but I am waiting for thr refund of the 1st charger.
