Your Rights if Something Goes Wrong

Within 30 Days

If your goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose within 30 days of delivery, you have the right to reject them and receive a full refund, including standard delivery costs.

After 30 Days but Within 6 Months

After 30 days, if a fault appears, you must give us one opportunity to repair or replace the goods. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you're entitled to a refund or price reduction.
